Do Reward Points Expire?

While your membership may remain open, points will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity; a period in which a Member earns no points, make no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no points.

Does it Cost Anything to Start Earning Points?

It is absolutely free to sign up for the rewards program. We will collect some information to sign you up to start earning points!

How Do I Check My Point Balance?

We can check in store by looking up your account or you can log-in online to check your balance.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Points?

Points are automatically added once a transaction is completed.

What Happens To My Points If I Make A Return?

Any points earned from that purchase would also be lost.

Are You Going To Spam My Email?

We get it! We hate Span too!We promise we will not SPAM your email account. We do however sent out the occasional email letting you know of any big sales we may have. This would only be 2 or 3 times a year. We may also remind you of any expiring rewards that you have. You are very important to us and we take the utmost caution with your information. We will never sell your information to any other individual or business.

What If My Points are Not Showing Up In My Account?

If you have concerns that a purchase or action was not properly applied to your account, you should contact customer service at toyjunglefl@gmail.com and provide your name, phone number, email address associated with your account, the date of purchase or action, and the issue you encountered. This email must be sent within thirty (30) days after the purchase or action took place.

Terms and Conditions

Reward points are not transferable. Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash. Reward points can only be redeemed off the product purchase price. This excludes taxes and shipping. Reward points from two separate accounts cannot be merged. You will not receive an email advising when points are about to expire. Rewards points may expire within one year. We are unable to reinstate any expired points or discounts. You cannot use reward discount with any other store-wide discount at time of checkout.
